Okay boys, I need a suggestion for a new show. I've Generation Kill lined up but for some reason I don't have the mood to watch it. Recently I completed Boardwalk Empire. So give me something good, even a sitcom will do...

It's taken 4 episodes to reach its groove, but I can now officially endorse Workaholics. The last couple of episodes were some of the better comedy stuff I've seen on TV this season.

Agreed, that show cracks me up. From the drug tests to that guy saying he had built the Escalade on the internet 100,000 times.

Downloaded this one. Saw an episode, not really impressed. But I'll take your word and wait it out.

If you like thrillers/drama you could try "The Killing", new AMC show.
Downloaded this as well. Hopefully I get to watch it in the next couple of days.

Also downloaded a few episodes of Breaking In. Average at best.

Okay Workaholics is pretty good. At least compared to other recent shows on TV. Also watched an episode of The Killing last night. I think it'll take a couple of episodes to get into groove.

It always takes me a couple of episodes before I'm really into series and a few more before I decide to continue or stop watching it. Even The Wire took me 2-3 episodes before I got into it. The Killing isn't as good as The Wire, Breaking Bad or Dexter, but so far (7eps) I'd say it's pretty good, especially if you like Who's the killer-type of thrillers.

Difference between this one and others like CSI and Criminal Minds is that there are no "super detectives" who can solve a murder by just looking at the crime scene, which makes it more realistic and better in my opinion. Also, The Killing is a remake, the original show is Danish.

The writing has potential but can be spotty at times. Episodes 4 & 5 have been the best this season by far. Now if they can get consistent...

Well, De Ceglie could use the work. The "Two and a Half Men" that's been our defensive line has been far less successful than the TV show of the same name.

Lol at that, Kutcher was awesome in that 70s show, but wtf, how is he supposed to replace Charlie sheen in THAT role? hehe.

Big Bang Theory > 2 and half men (though same creator lol), the latter is good for casual light entertainment viewing when you zapping tv (its on every frigging day).

yep, Big Bang although has been poor these past 2 seasons, is certainly a lot funnier.

I like Shit My Day Says, William Shatner
