Liberal party in Australia keep picking literal ghouls to represent them, and somehow wonder why they lose.

It is absolute malpractice to go into the election with Peter Dutton.

Australians have no interest in importing the political mess that is the American far-right. Peter Dutton clearly thought a Trump-lite approach would resonate. But voters aren’t buying the tough-guy act, especially when it’s paired with a total vacuum of policy detail.

Albanese and ALP masterclass in campaigning aided by the hapless Dutton and his cadre of right-wing, cooker hacks.

Dutton and the LNP thought they could go all Temu Trump and offer nothing but garbage like DEI culture war shit, sacking public servants, immigration dog-whistling, DOGE and banning work from home and still get in power, but Australians don’t want a one bit of any imported MAGA shit and voted accordingly.

Proud to be Aussie after last night. Labor hasn’t been perfect, but they’ve navigated us through a soft landing after the economic aftershocks of Covid and high inflation. Now I expect more from them as they now have a clear mandate after their huge win.

Following the terrorist attack in India, India has bombed Pakistan. Pakistan has shot down 5 Indian planes and taken soldiers prisoner.

This is beginning to escalate to a point of no return.

And just now 3 civilians have been killed by Pakistani shelling in Kashmir. Looks like it may already be there.

and the war started on the watch of the "this war would have never happened if i was the president" guy, who said like two weeks ago that he'd figure something out to prevent the war. then he sent his angel of death with eyeliners to india, and the war started within days. now he says that he hopes it ends quickly

art of the deal

One wrong move by either one and we could forget watching Juventus games due to the nuclear fall out
The only point of this war that is interesting to me is Indian Air Force uses Rafale a fighter jet supplied by France and Russian jets Sukhoi Su-30 and Mikoyan MiG-29 for air strikes . In other hand, Pakistan owns Chengdu J-10 fighter jets are supplied by the Chinese military. This is a kind of confrontation between Western countries and China. I wonder whether Chinese military weapons are superior or French and Russian-made jets.
