So this probably isn't just a coincidence that someone left amonium nitrate next to a firework factory? This was probably intentional?

Israel or Sunni extremists?

It was due to negligence dating from 2012 according to reports, they were confiscated. Lebanese customs office pointed out the risks several times but nothing happened

I'll believe the official reasons as long as there are no formal proofs of otherwise. No points in assuming things and believe in conspiracy theories.

In some videos you can see the firecrackers going off from the initial explosion, then it catches the nitrate.

Basically it would be 2.7 - 3 kilotons of TNT equivalent - roughly 20% of the Little Boy atomic bomb.
look closely before the explosion you see what looks like two jets flying fery fast.

Ammonium Nitrate stored in that warehouse was ten times more than what was stored in that fertilizer plant in West, TX. In both cases all needed was a fire.

Also it had been there since 2014, and ammonium nitrate is very hygroscopic, so left that long in somewhere as warm as Beirut it will start to generate its own heat through moisture absorption and humidity, making it more volatile.
