Oh yeah, the grandmother is awesome enough to do this. In fact, I'm now convinced its the grand mother, on the sole fact that the jester who is a former knight, immediately wanted to take Sansa to safety as soon as it went down, Nonna Tyrell likes Sansa alot as we seen. But this is not exactly good news for her family, tactically speaking, even if they are in strong position regardless, but maybe she's against her dumb husbands interests (not even sure he has interests, she has him whipped completely). Or maybe she just thought enough is enough with this deplorable excuse of King.

To think of it, what she said to Sansa at the wedding, about Robs death, and how men shouldnt have an added fear in their own weddings just got more hilarious :D

Little finger, I'm not so sure about, if he would be this ballsy, but if he is, I would get his motive, its defenitely against his interest that the Tyrells and Lannisters solidfy their bond completely with this marriage, and he wants Sansa for himself, so I could see him being clever enough to do all this (break up big power alliance, frame Tyrion, get the last supposedly alive Stark member in Sansa saved away for himself to claim the north etc).

Just one question, what is Margaery's position now? She is queen regnant right? If that's the case then it was 100% the grammy who did it - house Tyrell have everything to win in this case.

I was wondering if she was queen as well. I have a feeling that Margaery is just a clueless pawn in granny's game.

@Os I thought you had read the books already for some reason.

And last but not least, I quite like the recast of Daario Naharis. ^.^

Joffrey dead, such a dirty inbred.

Whole marriage was a big what the fuck.

For the death of Joffrey, since he's dead of poison I'm sure it was a woman. Sansa is too dumb so it's either Margaery (full of resources) or her granny.

Red wedding was all Tywin ofcourse, he greased and bribed Roose who felt underappriciated by the Starks, and Frey didnt need much of convincing.

Lilith, no I only read the first book after 2nd season, I dont want to know any hint of whats to come, so thread carefully missy ;)

Avoid the temptation, the tv series is more epic, based on the first season and reading the first book, the former is alot more interesting way of telling the story (even if you get more detail with books).

Obvs the grandma, watch the episode again. It focuses on her so much. Has something to do with the necklace. Also it focused on his little bro too much, obvs he was going to die.

I have this feeling that it might be Baelish, and that Dontos guy who gave Sansa the neclkase works for him in all this. Who would suspect him, right? Think about it. Littlefinger loved Catelyn, he wans Sansa now. Lannisters killed his old love, one of them is marrying his new hope. Im thinking - revenge! I also think that the granny has some part in this.

There is also the chance that the poison wasnt ment to poison Joff too.. :shifty:

No rational reason, maybe she just going crazy, or really dont like losing him entirely to the Tyrells like she was seeing to happening.

All depends on who remains queen after his death, to explain the motives.

Oh dont underestimate Margaery, she is a little vixen too, the goody too shoes act and how she casually manipulated the dumb kid from the get-go is no zero game.
