Biggest source in Brazil, globoesporte, says that both club and player are very likely to accept the 20M offer.

Gabriel is a decent investment, it's unlikely he becomes a complete bust and loses all his value.

He can be useful to play pretty much all positions upfront, but none of them in a real special way.

But his ceilling doesn't look very high. I'd say he becomes a decent player, borderline rotation player for us, before we sell him in 2 years for some still decent amount due to his age/previous hype.

I'd much rather take Moreno from Atletico Nacional, who probably wouldn't cost more than 12M. 15M tops. Very talented winger.
