having 4 DMs in the first team squad suggest we are to play either 3 in midfield, 2 DMs + Pirlo, or 4-2-4/4-42 with 2 DMs in the middle. it makes sense to have two players for each position...
What i meant by shaky, is we are having 4 with 3 of them are actually not hard tacklers, not someone like Lass,Sissoko, Fernando, those guys that are suppose to just sit back and do the dirty work. Pirlo is old and to gamble on his fitness for the whole season is a risk. Pazienza, from the likes that i read here in the forum, it looks like he's someone we should keep away instead of a 4th choice. We need a hard man in the midfield, and i see us being linked with Lass even though we are going after Inler. And if we are playing 3 man midfield we definitely need more than 4 in the middle, an injury to one of them can make us go to a game without a CM sub on the bench.

I completely agree that we need more meanness, more manly ruggedness, in not just the midfield but in the team as a whole...Melo and Inler in midfield is very strong proposition. Both players like to get stuck in...add in our lichsteiner nazi at RB and we are beginning to look more fierce. It may be preferable to bring in someone like defour, if he has recovered properly from his injury, because not only is he talented, but he is a natural born leader, something in very short supply in our ranks presently. There are no leaders...Buffon can be that, once he regains his confidence and form. DP is a captain by example, but not a natural born leader of men, to get stuck in when that is what is needed. also he plays less and less as he gets older...naturally. we need leaders...desperately.

Perhaps I have created this in my own head, or i dreamt it...but partially I believe it a true story; Montero caught some paperazzi taking pics of his kids in the back garden, so he headbutted one of them...around the same period...and this i am more sure I have not fabricated; la penna bianca was at a petrol station, when two robbers attempted to hold the place up, big Fabrizio crunched them both, stopped the theft and fucked his wrist in the process...even our old nice guys were scrappers!

Hello friends! After a long, intense and successful year - from the World Cup over Champions League qualification with Udinese to my new role as Switzerland captain - the holidays are finally here! I'd say I've earned myself some rest and I'm looking forward to the sea. However, I won't forget you even while I'm far away and I hope you'll do the same and keep sending mails. As soon as there's anything noteworthy concerning my future, I will let you know. Check the newspapers now and then! Heartfelt greetings - I wish you all relaxing holidays!
Yours, Gökhan

He wants us,

We can't find an agreement with Udinese, (they want to rip us as usual)

Napoli have a deal agreed with Udinese,

Inler will wait and see what happens

Udinese is the Porto of Serie A, bunch of greedy bastards.
I can't really blame them, this season specifically. They're all but through to the Champions league and they're going to have to part with some of the vital components of the team that have gotten them there. While the CL may not be a big success for them, this purple patch means making as much money as they can while they're at it. The CL they know is a short term plan coz its not something they might repeat last year, so if they sell their stars it might as well be at a premium that will financially secure the next few years more than CL qualification would. While some call it greed, it really is a business model most mid table clubs would follow were they in Udine's enviable position.

How can you blame a club for trying to get the most money from a player sale as possible? Would we not do the same? Of course we would. It's just that all the players we try to sell are terrible.

Too many Communists in this friggin' place...
