We shouldn't be giving second, third and fourth chances to coach who failed/under achieved in previous jobs. Despite his Scudetto with Napoli his record isn't good enough.

Better than Tudor, yes, but not worth hiring. I would only sack Tudor for a top coach, none of whom are available.

Tudor is a bit like Conte. If things don't go his way, he goes into meltdown mode. It's really not surprising to see how his coaching career has panned out not lasting for more than a year at most clubs he's coached in and quitting at almost all teams because things didn't go his way.

Tbh I dont see Tudor as a stable, safe option in the immediate term.

No matter his failings with Italy, Spalletti is an accomplished, experienced Serie A coach. This club tried to hire Gasperini who has a similar career trajectory. Might as well try for Spalletti. Maybe his firing from the Azzurri could be linked as well.
