The Juventus coach for next season:

- Antonio Conte 40%
- Igor Tudor 30%
- Stefano Pioli 10%
- Gian Piero Gasperini 10%
- Roberto Mancini 10%

@FabDellaValle
Conte's contract with Napoli will run out June 2027, He can only walk away of Napoli if he resigns and give up on his future wages.

the Italian rules would allow Conte to simply walk away if he handed in his resignation and gave up payment of any future wages.
If Conte were to be sacked by Napoli, he could appeal and demand that the salary continues to be paid until there is a contract resolution or termination by mutual consent.
Source : Gasperini and Pioli!! Those two are the worst options, I hope it never happens. I would rather be without a coach if one of them is going to be the coach.

Conte is on a league of his own but the rest are more or less the same.
Gasperini doesnt fit a big club IMO. He needs his system and players that want to impress for their next move.
Pioli actually made a decent job at Milan before declining but still not a great coach.
Mancini - Made a good job with Italy but his club career isnt that resounding.
Winning Scudettos with a "cheat code" isnt that impressive..

Tudor is too unknown to be seriously judged and Conte has earned all our respect when he took our shattered team and made it undefeated.

We're in a similar place to where we were when Conte came in last. There's talent in the squad, but no guts. Even if Conte can come in for one or two years and instil that mentality in this group, give the scudetto nudge. Then the next manager (as long as it's a serious appointment, unlike Pirlo, Sarri, Motta) can properly take the team forward.

Just NO to Gasperini, De Zerbi and any other outdated or wannabe Guardiola system coaches, they’ll never work out here, not on the short term at least, and won’t have the time to build long term without immediate results, which won’t come to be and will only take us again back to square one.

Regarding Pioli and Mancini is ofc better to stay away from as well even if they are not as reliant on a fixed system and can be more flexible, the fact they’ve already chosen the Saudi retirement path already tells us everything we need to know about their ambitions.

From all the names we’ve been rumored to it’s hard to disagree that the best options is Conte and that it’s a no brainer in this scenario, although i’d rather wait a bit longer and see how Tudor finishes the season as well as checking in the summer what other coaches might become available too.

Pioli isnt coming...
Our probable next coach will be decided like this:
1. Is Conte interested?
2. Has Tudor impressed or provided something we can build on?
3. Mancini and Gasperini - Both probably have a similar chance..

If all reject us which is highly improbable.. Pioli might get into the race but even then I bet he wouldnt be the first pick

I think Unai Emery could be one of the best picks for Juve. The guy knows how to build a solid, organized team that can fight both in the league and in Europe. He’s not into overcomplicated stuff or trying to look fancy—no drama, no showing off. He just does his job and gets results.

The thing with Conte is that his team really hasn’t played well this season. They rely heavily on counter-attacks, and even though they only had one game a week, that usual dominance Conte’s known for just wasn’t there. As for Tudor, I personally really hope he does well and stays, but we’ve got to be patient and see how things go.
