I would only replace him if we are able to lure some WC manager, like Pep or Klopp, but it wont happen.
And btw at the same time, Klopps first 20 games for Liverpool:
9W5D6L - 32 points in 20 league games, yes he took LFC after 8 games of Rodgers, so he didnt have the preseason at all, but then next season with full preseason he went with:
22W10D6L and 76 points thats 2 points per game, still not that impressive.
Now Arteta at Arsenal - first in 19/20 20 games 9W6D5L and 1.65 ppg, first full season 20/21 38games 18W7D13L - 1.61 ppg

According to tuz logic, both Klopp and Arteta should probably be sacked after the first full seasons.

This should have been done after sacking Allegri in the first place 2019/2020.
But now we have great obstacle, after years of mismanagement we simply do not have the revenue , it's about working smart with what you have & slowly building yearly revenue while abiding with FFP regulations. I think at this phase we can't bring the big name, but changing from Motta to those bulshit Gasperini and Mazzari won't work.

Klopp had won trophies at Dortmund and he was hired mid season.Arteta seems to be following in Arsene wenger footsteps where the general expectation is to only qualify for the champions league.Besides the fact that Epl is more competitive than Serie A.

Yeah this constant changing of coaches has lead us nowhere but Motta has to secure champions league qualification there can't be any excuses for this failure.

I would go for magnanelli as interim coach.
But if club doesn't care about qualifying to UCL or not next season then no need for interim.
I think that next season with "only" european league commitment, we will show some football but thats it. We will still lack winning mentality. Just like arsenal under arteta.

Let's be realistic,

If we sack Motta we are gonna get someone like Fabio Grosso or some shit.

Why the fook would Klopp come here, if he gets back into management it will be the German NT or Madrid if they sack Carlo.

No good manager is gonna wanna come to this mess of a club. Unless we can lure an Unai Emery type from an upper mid table foreign club.

Fuck it, we can't get Conte so let's get the band back together, Angelo Alessio and Massimo Carrera dual manager setup
