I would rather keep Motta if the replacement is Gasperini or Mazzari. They are not fit for any top team. Their resume show what level they are at. As simple as that. With less ambitious clubs like Atalanta and Napoli they rock.

This is a downsizing project. The club president hasnt outlined or defined his vision or objectives for the club in the coming years. The chief commercial officer still cannot get a shirt sponsor for the club. The sporting director has had a poor couple of transfer windows. The owner is busy throating Zuckerberg's salami and appears to have JJ among the least of his priorities.

We are just an Italian version of Union. Unless we have strong leadership at the top, we're not getting back to winning ways.
