When I am viewing results I found I misread Simeone for Someone and voted yes. I mean ofc we need someone right

I have no idea who Brambilla is but i voted yes accidentally, other than that i see many rather unrealistic options in the poll tbh, whereas not sure why Igor Tudor is not an option, would have been probably one of the favorites from the ‘new generation’ of coaches…

Either way, can’t see us changing Motta anytime soon tbh, not during the season at least, while in summer i assume other new names might pop up.

Well… even they are more realistic than the likes of Klopp, Xabi Alonso, Simeone or even Gasperini, which we can be certain about that they are not at all in contention.

Gasperini nearly left Atalanta before the Start of the season for Napoli so I doubt whether he will turn down Juve so easily.

Gasperini here would be just like all the Atalanta system players that leave and look average elsewhere, maybe in a few years time he could eventually implement his ideas here but there’s no time for it, also he is already too old to start over a brand new project, especially a high pressure one like ours where he won’t get to handpick all the players he wants to bring or sell on, basically this simply won’t be a good match.

I also doubt he has any real interest in leaving his comfort zone either.

take out Gasperini out of Atalanta and hire another proper coach and they will be the same. Its not one player or person which makes the club work, its the entire structure. They have good work ethic and they care about their players and its just works thanks to this.
Then look at us, we had an injured Milik, who according to the reports didnt even get a proper support from the club, he was wrongly diagnosed for this injured by some doctors (not sure if club ones), finally he has received some proper treatment in Barcelona (yet he is still not back).
And Milik is just a one case, but really shows the club is not there to help the players, if they cant help a player in such critical situation when what does happen with every day problems?
New players come and almost all of them have problems with settling in, its visble, because Koop, Luiz, Nico arent as bad as they are showing.
Also the constant banishing of more experienced and distinguished players might also be not helping keeping the right atmosphere in the team.
I think we have an institutional problem here, rather than coach or DS problem.

He was sacked by Inter after a horrible half season or so.
He is now the undisputed king at Atalanta.
Juve is kind of a rocking ship at the moment.
I actually think it would be stupid on his part to leave what he has built for a rocking ship even if its Juve.

I would rather keep Motta if the replacement is Gasperini or Mazzari. They are not fit for any top team. Their resume show what level they are at. As simple as that. With less ambitious clubs like Atalanta and Napoli they rock.
