Until we fix our defense we may as well forget about a coach. As long as we continue to bleed goals the way we do its pointless to have a good coach when we have players like grosso and grygera.

Sure this is against the norm but I'd rather buy some great defenders before a coach. If we had a better backline I think any of our last 3 coaches would have done better.

C.Ronaldo should had been given more freedoom; in the begining of the 2nd was evident that Lyon was wining the midfield so was time to Granero go out and M.Diarra in; and finally Kaka should never been taken off but Guti yes. Things that IMO were evident and could possibly influencied the result...

Kaka was playing like crap nothing worked for him
we are all world class coaches after the game
people here always seem to know better afterwards but like I said before if Madrid had scored twice in the first half the game would have been totally different and Pellegrini would be a magnificent coach
you are playing way to much fm

Doesn't that go together. We should get a coach with a clear vision of what to do with our defense and an idea of who to buy.

Ie, we should not have a coach asking for D'agostini and then getting Melo...

Zac could be good, he started with a crap team + crap board of directors.
Maybe if he started with a transfer window he could buy exactly what we need, he is experienced and who knows what he is lacking.

Then I'd have him swear on his mothers life, that he wont buy players to fit a 3 man defense....

We're going to get Lippi people.

The Prandelli, Benitez talk is all a smoke screen so people forget that 'the project' is still running. Although not very smoothly.

I think he'll stick to the 4-3-2-1, Its working well for the midfield + attacking.
Its clear that our only defense problem is our fullbacks, Grygera could be the reason we don't qualify, We need super fullbacks and one center-back of top quality + an average goalkeeper to be Manninger's backup.

I'm willing to bet that Bordeaux would have some damn impressive games if they avoid Barça in the next round. I vote Blanc anyway, he's done magnificently so far.
