I think a lot of coaches will want the Juve job, I don't think the board are unsupportive - just take Ferrara, he got plenty of time. I think a coach would be worried about Secco and the transfers, and those are the things they'd want to talk over before accepting.

I also think that BOD changes will come, so Secco wont be in charge and hopefully Blanc will stick to economics(which I think he is good at).

So we need a new Secco and a partner to Bettega who knows football, and then keep Blanc.

Then I don't thing the board will be the reason for not wanting to join the club.

I'm sure our next coach won't have a chat with Ranieri, Deschamps & Ciro to find out how supportive the BOD are.

Besides those are bad examples.Those two have always coughed up when the coaches wanted particular players.

- Can't recall Ciro making any specific player claims, but he was a tool in a matter of speaking, so doesn't really matter.

In any case, the mgmt. in Italy have a significantly larger say in transfers as compared to England.

How are you planning to deal with the ongoing problem Juve have been suffering from for 3 seasons now, and that is the injury problems effecting the whole team.

If a player gets injured stupidly, he gets fined a week's wages, if he does it again, it will be two weeks, and so on.

The problem is I would have you guys play like Barcelona and I don't know how many would like that.

Slow, methodical football played primarily on the ground, possession based.
