It was Mourinho's work all along with his Chelsea spell, he did nothing elsewhere why the hell would Abramovich sack him when he's the one who started the fight with Jose over him appointing avram as a sporting director or something. As for Pompey, he got them to the Cup final alright and out of the PL for that matter too with them hitting rock bottom.

He's an average coach who's slightly better than those coaches we've been linked with in the past week, and as I've said that doesn't say that much either.
Grant can in no way be held responsible for Portsmouth's relegation.

Since Prandelli's greatest accomplishment is supposedly playing well against Bayern, that just goes to show how limited he really is.

Folks are clutching at straws but hey, Jack was right. Everything Viola does is amazing and since Prandelli is their manager, I guess he needs to come here.

What idiocy, what nonsense, what a waste of time.

There are currently no good managers at all, I think it's best we wait for after the WC, and get someone decent, maybe Capello or whatever..
but not one of the managers in the league please, none of them has won anything

my 3rd choice if Benitez or Capello don't come would be Pellegrini if he gets sacked, can't think of anyone else good enough

then ofcourse waste an entire summer waiting, and what if pellegrini says no as well and then missing out on most of the mercato window, yes great plan!

and then ofcourse by then most of the managers will have had their teams set up for the new season and even attaining Del Neri would be near possible by that stage.

Hodgson is a quality manager, with a rich wealth of experience. True enough he isn't Hiddink, but he does have a similar ability to get teams massively improved without completely overhauling the squad. A wily bastard of decent integrity. I think what he has done with fulham, not just this season, but since joining them, has been outstanding...A couple of low points in his career, but he has always been highly regarded by me and my football people from england. I would be happy to see him here, preferable to all but capello, wenger, lippi..not sure about blanc or little didier. I will say any of those three, but preferably Hodgson.

Hodgson/Blanc/Deschamps...

Imagine how shit this club is going to look in preseason, take out Buffon and camo, replace them with the likes of pepe and palombo being managed by yet another second rate manager.

Me, I don't think he is mediocre at all.
Problem us he actaully loves Inter and he doesn't like us at all as he happens to mention in half of his interviews on tv or in the papers.
