Sampdoria President: Juve Verdicts Should Have Been More Severe!!

Sampdoria President Riccardo Garrone attacked Calciopoli, claiming that he was hoping the verdicts would be more severe.

"If Sampdoria had behaved like the Juventus officials then we would have been banned from football," said the Blucerchiato chief.

"In any case, I hope the scandal will not be whitewashed. I am sure that would cause a revolution in the stadiums, these facts are very serious and deserve to be punished adequately."

:irritated

Juve is smashing them for years and now he is putting his nose where he mustn't.

Juve "B Team" will crash them tomorrow and he can just shut up

How is De Ceglie there? i thought he was with the under 20s for Italy
It seems the whole event for players under 20 were deleted because also Giovinco was called with De Ceglie...

The thing that confuses me is why Balzaretti wasn't called to the match!!

I heard that Deschamps doesn't like him, but is there any more convincing reason??

yeah very weird abt balza.Doesnt make sense as he had some very solid performances under DD since the pre season.

He might just have been injured.

Balzaretti is a decent player and a good squad member but not someone who stands out. He's okay at defending, okay at getting forward, okay physique, okay technique and so on. He's also 25 already, so playing him for the sole sake of his development is out of the question. Chiellini is a tough and promising youngster. Zebina is an athletic player with plenty of experience, and Birindelli is a very loyal fullback with leadership qualities and a good right foot.

    Competition is tough for Federico.

Today is my birthday and the best present Juventus can give me is a victory where no one gets injured and hopefully a good performance from De Ceglie!

    Forza Juve!

Quoted for truth. Though I think Balzaretti simply isn't fit for the samp game, as he does always travel along to the official games. I doubt DD did not include him, because he doesn't 'like' him.
