I don't know why Ogbonna is being grouped with Bonucci. The mistakes Bonucci makes are not representative of Ogbonna. Bonucci had 5 misplaced passes with no pressure. Ogbonna had 2. Ogbonna had 2 good long ball switches.

Ogbonna bossed Pazzini on 2 headers. When you saw Bonucci come up against him he failed to jump and Pazzini flicked it on.

Twice Ogbonna came from LCB to cover off a run from Pazzini and Muntari on the right side. He also had a successful slide tackle. He also crushed Poli.

He failed at anticipating Evra would fall down while marking Honda. He's not Maldini but I really hope I don't have to see this incessant whining about him for the whole season when he is playing fine.

Also, you guys can't even recognize the formation. It's 4-3-2-1. There's no trequartista. Gio on the left, Marchisio on the right. They even posted the graphic before the match for the football disabled.
+rep. Hit it right in the spot.

Considering we're starting to play with 4 man defense I think it makes more sense to sell Bonucci. Ogbonna deserves a chance, sure, but so far he's pure disappointment.

I'd try to play him as a backup LB from time to time. At least he's able to cover that spot.
We have to buy another CB. Nastasic would be a great purchase. The fact is that right now, we don't have better options than Ogbonna and Bonucci.

Did fine? :sergio: When you play there you need to create goal opportunities for your teammates, send many good through balls, Marchisio can't do it and he just proved it once again
Good luck when none of your forwards are making runs into space and the opponent sits on the boxline.

In such situations, you can only distribute the play, wich he did fine.
I'm not pretending Marchisio is an excellent am, but he's not bad eighter.

Pereyra is probably first choise, but this is a friendly. Why else would giovinco, ogbonna, and bonucci have a reason to start

Nastasic would be great. I'm actually pleased Bonucci made such obvious howlers tonight, as it may get Marotta to hurry the fuck up.

Licht was disappointing as well. Our defense seemed edgy every time little pressure was applied.
Licht was pushing up really high but Milan parked the bus well to take advantage of any slip up we made. We need to get early goals for this system to work. Otherwise we will be picked apart through counters.

What a nonsense Marchisio was under the pair of forwards, you just confused yourself because in some moment Tevez moved himself on the left flank, Giovinco was in the middle and Marchisio was closer to the right wing

TBH, he failed when it mattered, and if he would lose headers then even marrone would be a better pick

:sergio: It's not player who's running first, it's playmaker who is giving pass otherwise you forward will be always in the offside position
