Yes, Dybala seemed to be out of place in there, sometimes he went back as an AM to get the ball too.

They'll have to work hard to understand each other... but considering what we have today, the most natural to me would be Pereyra AM - Dybala free roaming SS like Tevez - Morata doing what he did with Tevez
What happens when we get Draxler though ?

Morata looked good on the left wing ,he's very comfy playing there infact.Nothing wrong in him playing there imo.

Morata on the wing doesnt mean he'll be hugging the touchline.See Cristiano's movements for Madrid for example.i see something similar in here.
As long as he isn't playing there most of times. I'd like to see him there eventually, not as his first positioning/main job.

Have no idea... we don't even know if Draxler can play AM..

From what I think, the team should start with Morata as a CF and that's it. It worked amazingly last season and it shouldn't change.

The question is not if Morata can play with Mandzukic, but if Mandzu can play with Morata.

Morata CF and Dybala SS would apparently be the most natural and comfortable position for these 2... don't know where Mandzukic would fit
Because of that I said buying mandzu while having morata llorente and zaza, was overkill.

I guess with Draxler, it the most natural thing to do would be to use Draxler and Dybala moving all the time and swichting positions between AM/winger/SS, with Morata as a very mobile CF moving sides to open space for Dybala/Draxler penetration.

This could work out naturally also...

Placing Mandzukic between these guys is the thing that gets a bit mindblogging to me, because it would force these kids to slightly adapt to new functions/roles.

He'll either play at AM(centrally) or in Morata's position on the LW.

Frankly,Dybala-Morata-Draxler on paper is an exciting proposition.
Yes, the feel is that they would sort it out between themselves naturally.

Not sure about Mandzu though, despite his value at the role he does. Just not sure if that role is the best for the starting team.

You see mandzukic on the bench though? I feel like he will be a starter
He'll definitely be a starter. But I wouldn't rule out him getting benched during the year though, to leave space for the 3 kids to play together.

Actually seeing Zaza, the guy has good speed. I can see a front 2 of these guys working pretty well actually, if they come from the bench.

But Mandzu will definitly be a starter from the beginning. He'll be benched if he underperforms and Dybala or Draxler play out of their minds forcing their way into the starting 11 during the season.

The problem is that Llorente will be sold and apart Mandzu the other 4 kids are too young/inexperienced.

They indeed needed an experienced striker to replace Tevez.. and there was none with his characteristics/similar quality available. Mandzukic was available and they went for him mainly because of his experience IMO.

We should buy 7 lolzillians, play free form and shit on tactics.

And you know what ? fielding 7 creative players tends to work quite well in pre-season friendlies you hold so high in regard. They get shut down hard once competitive games start, but that doesnt matter. Pre-season friendlies is where its at

We rotate a lot anyway..

Ultimately who performs best gets to start regularly.
I believe this will be the first season the squad will seriously rotate. Transitional moment, less fixed starters (Kherida and Mandzu will begin as starters but will have to prove themselves to keep the position), much more depth.

Allegri will have a lot of options/schemes and I can see him changing the team a bit, mainly in the beginning.
