how did the ticket sales go?

I saw an article that said...
Organisers are expecting 65,000 fans to watch Alessandro Del Piero lead the All Stars against his beloved Bianconeri, who arrived in Sydney early yesterday morning.

Both Liverpool and Manchester United drew capacity crowds last year, which helped boost the profile of the A-League globally.

65,000 is still a lot higher than 43,357 crowd that Juve managed in 2008, but still I am hoping for a loud capacity crowd, hoping that it would surprise a few people and raise Juve's profile outside of Italians.

I really like the way we manage our social media. Really tries to underline that Juventus is a family, and that supporters are just as important as the players and management. It makes you feel apreciated as a fan, not only because you pump money to the club directly via merchandise and tickets, and inderectly via the marketing income they get from having a lot of spectators, but as if you were a part of the club.

Also the players seem to be very good at this. Off course their main concerns are not crowdpleasing, but winning games, but at the same time they act like they are no bigger than anyone else who is a part of the club, and that is a value of Juventus i appreciate a lot (not saying we are the only club in this regard). I think it's funny that Llorente are always present at interviews, press conferences etc. He is speaking so well and seems like a really smart and humble guy. Funyn that he has grown into such a real Juventino in such a short amount of time. I love him for his personality, it's exactly what made me a Juve fan many years ago.

I don't think it'll sell out, but their stay here so far in Sydney really has raised our profile in Australia. There has been a huge amount if coverage of it in the mainstream media ( TV and newspapers) and plenty of new fans will be made. Pirlo, Buffon, Pogba and Vidal are easily the most popular of our players at the moment. Obviously our profile isn't on the same level as the EPL clubs and Barca/Real, but touring this part of the world on a fairly regular basis will no doubt help and lift our brand up here.

Well said, but too bad we handled our tour to the US last year absolutely horribly.

That could have been handled any worse tbh, Conte stopped the players from greeting the fans that was scheduled because he wanted it to be like a military training camp because he wasn't satisfied with the performances or what ever.

The style of football we also played in pre season didn't do us any favours either.
