The cold war ended 19 years ago, as did Russia's military progress in terms of keeping up with the Americans.

Makes you wonder how many tanks Russia really has. Pretty much every former satellite country has a fair amount of abandoned tanks laying around, courtesy of the USSR.

what is more frightening is the thought that some lazy military officials probably dumped some chemical/biological/nuclear weapons or substances soomewhere and it's only a matter of time before they fall into the wrong hands....
