Can Guarin rescind his contract if he doesnt want to play for Inter anymore now ?

Contracts can be rescinded if there is a "fundamental breach". It requires alot for something to be that, but were he to not train for months, it would definitely fulfil the criteria. Inter would then be the one who has a right to terminate the contract.

Guarin has no grounds to terminate his contract, so no, he can't rescind it.
