Defending wise he is poor some now and then, loses his focus quite easily but his strenght is in the build up play I think. I don't watch him week in week out but just my two cents.

I followed Samuel since his Roma days and I believe that he's a classy defender when fit.

Lucio get's rated higher because he's more composed and calmer than Samuel, just the same way people rate Rio higher than Vida.
