He will certainly be a better CB than he is a RB but what we can hope for is that he turns into a Ivanovic sort of RB which I think would compliment a player like Krasic.

He seems very tactically aware for a youngster, he wins a lot of important headers in the box as well. His strength is great, players find it hard to get pass him and he doesn't seem to slow either.
Sorensen >>>>>>> Ivanovic.

Sørensen seemed to have a hard time against the fast paced Catania players but the tactics worked perfectly yesterday as he was playing further up the field slowing the Catania attacks acting like a cushion. The beauty of this strategy was that when he got skinned there was always backup. This preventative work helped ease the pressure on the defence as numerous times they could not get too close to Storari unlike on the left wing. This kid will definitely improve & I hope that he works on his speed.

last night sorensen proved he cannot start for juve, not with his level of inexperience.
He has great potential but he just does not have the confidence to play for a big club like ours.
he can easily go to panic state.at first half he was totally lost and nearly cost us the game,as game proceeded and pressure was off him he improved.
For a team like us that every single point is important,
it's better we loan him for a year or so (to a decent side not one that will ruin him for us) and bring him back next year more confident.

I disagree, I think he has a lot of confidence but just no experience.

It is risky as hell, as we saw yesterday at the start of the game.
and you want to play motta or sali? is it not bad enough that grosso be left backing?

only way that sorenson can get more experience is through playing. he has such promise that it is worth it to play him.

He's 18 and play's CB not RB. You can't blame him for that.

I would like to see him get alo of starts this season and then see what we should do. He has been good so far and yes had a shaky start yesterday but come on he will grow very quickly and has more promise then anyone else. I think we already decided not to keep motta if he does play though. He is a better option than Motta as far as money adn skills go. He is practically free and will be as good as motta within weeks if not already
