Of the major Europen leagues, Serie A is (by far) the most "sack happy" league. Way too much pressure from the lunatic club presidents to get instant results, not a lot of time for risk taking.

But just look at the amount of sackings made by Zamparini in the last 10 years and Preziosi in the past 3 or 4 years. Ridiculous shit. And that's just two examples.

But you gotta love him though, Zamp that is.

But Juve and other teams have also been really lousy in nurturing their youth and giving 'em time on the pitch. Marchisio and Pogba is pretty much the only ones the past 10 years given time. Seems like Conte is more willing to give younger players experience but I think he could do it even more. In the future I would like to see at least one of our backups on each position (not each individual position but one cb, one cm, one wb, one striker) being from the youth. The player would of course train we the elderlings but play most of his season with the b-team (when we finally start one) and from time to time get a start against smaller teams or in the cup. It would be more cheaper since we would not have to buy mediocre backups to our backups all the time.
