The agreement also provides Juventus the option right, to be exercised within 20 April 2017, for the definitive acquisition of the player at a price of € 9.4 million;
• acquisition by Juventus of the option rights for the definitive acquisition, effective from the 2017/2018 sports season, of the registration rights of the players Rodrigo Bentancur Colman, Franco Sebastián Cristaldo and Adrián Andrés Cubas. Inter are 'exploring' him but we still hold our option to buy him at fractions less than 10m, he's currently injured though maybe that's why he's not playing but he's definitely more worth it than Vadala who seems on his way out, but Cubas is also interesting and could be called up to their squad at the olympics

    I love how GdS want to stir shit up and they mention inter wanting THE NEW PIRLO in Bentancur and they can have because our option has passed after we BOUGHT Vadalà.

    so many mistakes in that article. The person who wrote that crap should be fired.

    We can arange some deal that we keep the buyback (increased ofcourse) and let them have him for a reasonable price on Gomes. That would be ideal

    We don't have a buyback.

    We just have an option on him I.e the right to match the highest offer made by another club.If we do so,he'll be ours.

    If we let him go,we lose the option and he'd completely belong to the club that buys him.

    We have an option on 9.4M actually, check my long post above

    And if we get him for 9.4M, sell him to Valencia for around that and get a buyback for around 25-30M, depending on number of performances etc. + get Gomes for 25-30M now, it would be excellent business from our side

    Yeah just saw it now.Seems like it's a fixed price.

    Hypothetically speaking,if Valencia want to buy him and we aren't interested then we lose any rights on the player.We can't arrange any sort of buyback with Valencia if they purchase him which is my point.

    Barca had an option on Gerson for example but they let go off it allowing Roma to sign him in the end.
    This deal is similar.It's not a buyback but an option to buy him at a fixed price.
