Based on reports from various Italian media outlets and sources like Fabrizio Romano, it appears that the two clubs have agreed to a deal worth €32 million, payable in four annual installments. This arrangement deviates from the initial €30 million release clause, which would have required a single upfront payment and was set to increase to €45 million after July 15th.
Key details of the deal include:
Transfer Fee: €32 million, to be paid in four installments.
Release Clause: The agreement was reached before Conceição's release clause increased from €30 million to €45 million.
Player's Commitment: Conceição reportedly pushed for the move to Juventus and agreed to forego a portion of his transfer fee share to facilitate the deal.
Loan Spell: Conceição spent the previous season on loan at Juventus, and his performance likely played a role in the club's decision to pursue a permanent transfer.
This transfer represents a strategic move for Juventus, solidifying their attacking options with a young and talented player who has already shown his capabilities during his loan spell.

Like i said, Conceicao hasn't rescinded his 20% take, and that's why its not official. Romano treading his words carefully.

Rumours in portugal are that the guy doesnt wanna lose his cut, which is why his taken over 24 hours. Also Avb of porto is not gonna hold out for long

Deal, confirmed by Jogo ans Bola (portuguese newspapers).

Basically the deal was waiting on the conclusion on conceicao signing on giving up on his 20% cut. He was supposed to sign it yesterday but was given 24 hours to hand it in. He left it late, so rumours started to begin that he didnt accept the full 20%. However its all done, he's given up his 20% and official announcement very soon.

I think it always helps reading both sides of the stories. Seems the portuguese newspapers were pretty accurate on this one after all and the fuss was created by the Italian media.

Honestly that’s truly the way it is most of the time. The local media always over does it and the papers where the player originates from are less sensational. I’m a chooch too because I could have asked my best friend to give me the Portuguese side as he’s always watching it

Conceicao has signed the €6 million waiver!
The agreement was finalized on Wednesday evening. Porto received an official document from the player confirming, in writing and with a certified signature, his waiver of the 20% he would otherwise be entitled to. In this case, the sum would amount to €6.4 million. Villas-Boas had given the Portuguese international 24 hours to complete the deal, a deadline he almost entirely respected, allowing the agreement to be finalized. The deal will now go through the normal procedures before being made official by the clubs.
Juventus will pay Porto €32 million over four years, but in three installments.

32M?

No alarm, but it is right to provide this small but important detail: in the coming hours Conceição will sign the 20% waiver of the price tag and he will be a Juventus player in every respect. @OggiSportNotiz2

these alone are worth the price. it means that our favorite dribble monkey is doing his part, all we need is someone up front to finish the job

damn vlahovic, such a waste. waste of money, waste of potential assists, waste of time, talent, resources, everything. let's hope david works better with chico and yildiz

Actually one thing Id like to see Chico improve on is his decision making, at times it is frustrating but I think it can be worked on.
