I do think he's a better sub than a starter. So €30m is way too much for a bench player. But he does have the capacity to change match outcomes, which few of our players can do.

Conceicao has been very good. A goal or an assist in 2 games ratio is very good.
The thing is he is not a star yet and needs to learn. I can see someone like Klopp turns him into a monster.
Im not sure Tudor is suited for his style though.
