Well Niang was promised a move away from Marseille like two seasons ago but they held him, as for Turkey it must be all that talk of virgins you muslim men go on about.

Ya Brandao is playing on the left, not ideal for him, as he is primarily a center forward. I think losing Niang has had a big effect on them, i also think that Deschamps didn't give Ben Arfa enough opportunities. He's starting to pay the price now. Bringing back Andre Ayew was a good move for them though.


Meh if Niang was going for the virgins, he should have accepted a move to Qatar instead!!

Look i like Payet and i think he's a decent winger and a fun player to watch, but truth be told he is not an upgrade over what Juve already have. In fact i'd say he isn't even as good nor as proven as Simone Pepe. He plays in an inferior league and can look better than Pepe, but he isn't better. I wouldn't be interested in him if i were Juve.

Anyway, i am basing my opinion on Payet on years of watching him play, he's a decent player for midtable teams in France, but he isn't anywhere near talented enough nor consistent enough to play for a top team. He'll never play for a top team anyway, most probably at best move to a midtable EPL team.

Yes of course i think Pepe is better than him. Pepe might be a poor player for Juventus, but thats because bigger expectations are pinned on him, put Pepe in the French league and he'll be considered one of the best wingers.

You're a club with top team aspirations, no matter what the results look like now.

Right now in this Juve, Payet would fit in, as you guys dont actually have a left winger. Pepe is a right winger and looks quite poor on the left, so if Payet came, he might even start, but that is more due to a lack of quality in Juve's ranks than it is Payet's quality.

Still, he would be no different than the signings of Pepe, Martinez etc.
