Four Juventus stars are in the running for a spot in the illustrious UEFA.com users’ Team of the Year 2012.
The poll, which allows users to select their best starting X1 from a pool of international champions, was launched in 2001 and has since attracted over 24 million votes.
The Bianconeri’s Scudetto and Super Cup triumphs have led European football’s governing body to place Gianluigi Buffon, Andrea Barzagli, Claudio Marchisio and Andrea Pirlo on the 40-man shortlist.
