well, Kimi was runnin on limited revs to avoid an engine change! but Massa was pretty hopeless today! i thought he'd overtake Nick after goin off road, but it never happened! and those errors while he tried to "overtake" Lewis was simply awful!!! seems like he can only drive fast!!! not to mention his start!!!! pfff... bad to let alonso overtake him at the start, but Lewis too???

Hamilton was REALLY impressive today! u dont need to be an expert to appreciate him holding off Massa in the 4th lap and kimi thereafter! dunno what happened in teh final stint, he was slow but that was enough!

a sweet McLaren 1-2!!! a great sunday!!! :weee:

It's simple, there was no need to push it and strain the engine even more. Kimi was giving it all and sucked the maximum out of the engine in those final laps but it was evident to everyone there was no time left to cut the lead completelly and challenge Hamilton. Lewis just had to finish it and he drove it safely till the end, there was no need to risk anything.

Great Sunday indeed, congrats fellow McLaren fan. :p

ferrari screwed it up for themselves like Mclaren used to choke on there own fumes! Massa best and worst is soooo far apart which will see him not have the capacity to win a championship! he had a terrible start but went further to cut off kimi in the first turn. kimi did all he could today and just getting the car he had home in third is a terrific result. The pit stops didnt work putting more fuel didnt help putting kimi behind Fishi for laps as he continued to loose time just was horrific.

You cant help but feel if schumi was in Massa's car yesterday he would have got better than 5th after starting from 1st with the fastest car on the race track!

wow...ok... you feel McLaren will continue to carry this form through teh next few races?
TBH, no. I think they showed some great stuff yesterday, especially the drivers, but Ferrari is a lot stronger I feel. Maybe I'm wrong but we'll catch a glimpse of things to come this week weekend already.

Clean weekend by Massa dominating the events and getting a deserved victory. I am starting to like Massa more than Kimi actually. Excellent that the schmuck ended up in fifth place.

I liked the race. but I've seen better races. however, the Ferrari team strategy showed it's better than McLarens' with the obvious moment when Kimi took over Alonso after the first pit stop.

Deserved win for Massa, nothing else to say there. Alonso once again had a great start but he failed to do anything else from there. Hamilton just doesn't stop impressing, 3 races, 3 podiums in a row, no other driver in history ever done that befor. This new McLaren driver set-up has really won me over. Can't wait for the next race, this season is gonna be intense.
