Formula 1 this year seems to be about Qualifying and safety cars. Basically if you pit just before a safety car, you lose the race. If you hold out long enough and hope for a safety car you win. In Monaco, the safety car incident happened too late in the race so in the end the top 5 ended up in exactly the same order they qualified as you cannot overtake in Monaco.
