Cobolli starts with saying that also thanks to Juventus, Serie B is really entertaining the B tifosi, while A is lacking of something.
After the matches against Cesena, Bologna and Arezzo we'll be able to make the point of our situation.

Then Venditti kisses Cobolli's a$$ about the youngsters and Cobolli answers that that night (Thursday) he had dinner with all the responsibles, coaches, doctors of the youth teams, all people "that will make sure that Juventus will be known all over the world for the quality of its youngsters". He says that youngsters will be the future of Juventus, even though the club managed to keep some stars, who are helping the youngster to learn quickly.

Antonello says that they need a strong juventus to be able to make fun again of laziali and romanisti (this it's a roman tv show) and that he hopes Juventus will have many Italians in its team in the future. Cobolli answers that the team is already mostly made by Italians and that they'll try to improve this in the future, also because they want to be able to give players to the NT.

Massimo also says that they, in Rome, really need a strong team and tells Cobolli that it's not only important how much you spend for players, but how you spend. He reminds him of the beginning of the Triade era, when, with little money, Juve bought Ferrara and Sousa.
Cobolli answers that he will do his best and that tonight he had dinner sitting between Ferrara and Bettega, two wonderful examples of products of youth teams. He says Juve will try to spend in an intelligent way and that the management will also need a bit of luck in making those choices, luck that Juve didn't totally lack in this period, for example in creating a strong team, a team with a real project, for this Serie B campaign.

Venditti ends with kissing some more a$$.

I don't trust Cobolli. In all of his answers you can see a Juve based on its youngsters. Romantic all you want, but in the end, it's not the way to build a winning team, especially if it's clear that our stars won't remain in such a situation.
It gets even more worrying if you think that the scout that discovered the various De Ceglie, Marchisio and Palladino doesn't work for Juve anymore.
