Well, out of those supporters, one in every 10 probably buys a Juve jersey every year. That is $98,000,000 right there.

I would say simply because 1) juve doesnt need the money, 2) people rationalize and prioritize if i have an extra 5$ to give away a month i would do it for something a bit more altruistic and humanitarian.

The way to do this is to make some sort of a club. A VIP club with ranks. The more you pay the higher rewards you get.

Make like 3 cards:
Sliver, Gold and Platinum.

Silver: 2 euro / month
Gold: 5 euro / month
Premium: 10 euro / month

Make previleegs for each card members.. The majority will be from the Silver cards holders. And ofcourse most of the subscribers would be from Italy.
Statistics have shown that there are more than 10 million italian supporting Juve.
Look at it in the long run, after 5 years:
Lets say 3 million members (out of the 10 million) subscribed to Silver card which means an annual income for Juve of 72 million Euro a year.
