The league rep a big problem indeed, so hard to sign players. I'll give you an example. I have 15 scouting assigments atm, in last 30 days I have recieved 139 B+ or above recommendations, and only 14 of them are actually willing to come here long term, and only one is contracted to a top tier club, some kid from recen]tly relegated Las Palmas. And i might actually offer 5.5 for him.

yup, first season FM23 is rough playing as juve. Lot of injuries and really disjointed squad that's hard to form a tactic around

Try lower or shitty leagues like English 6th tier, Scottish 4th, Italian or French 3rd, Northern Ireland, Wales, etc. Way more rewarding. Then there are extreme cases. My mate is playing youth save with Dutch 7th tier outfit, currently in 2042, going between 5th and 6th division, he got relegated like 4 times, but stiill going strong, big up for that. Don't think I would last 5 seasons with Juve or similar rated team as well.

I need to start a save with Ajax.

I would love to start a season with St. Pauli, too. It's hard to play in Germany, though, I don't like playing against Bayern.

Might not be a bad idea to get someone like Valencia up and rolling again like the late 90s/early 2000s.

Or Lyon.

I would love to play as Lens or Lille or Marseille or Lyon and just WAX PSG in the league every year.

Yea i think id try a lower division side but still within a big league otherwise you reach that point when dominate everything domestically but are years from being competitive in europe. Gets annoying
