Started an fm 2019 adventure with Juve, currently in January 2020. Started off a bit rough but things went up quite quick after changing my full backs to CWB-support and my starting 11 added some minutes together on the pitch. Gonna need an LW and some CBW, if you got some suggestions, I can afford 2-3 players for 50-80M.

How is Kean in this game, still becomes a beast like in 18?

So random. I am playing with Leeds in my first season. I was interested in a youngster from Boca named Jorge Ortega, a regen, but I can't scout beyond UK and wasn't sure what to do. Finally I managed to take him on as a trial. He looked good and I tried to sign him but Boca wanted a lot more than I could bolster. Anyway. On the final day of his trial, this came to me.

I guess he took the opportunity to do it abroad because... although he did speak to Argentinian press so... well I don't know. Also, you're basically on your way to your flight home... how will you help us achieve our targets? Follow us on social media? Very random.

Moving up to EPL with Leeds, I would like to have a CM to play next to Kalvin Phillips. Any suggestions? Would like to have a RW or LW too. Suggestions? Do you guys think Kemar Roofe will survive EPL or is not good enough? I play him as an advanced forward in 4231.

Why would this even be in the game?

    Epic choke job.

Better question, how the hell do you have Tobias Del Piero, he is 12 years old right now? In 2 years game time, he is 14, and playing CL for you?

Weirdest game, how much did you scream?

Still in second season with Leeds, first season in EPL after promotion last year. I didn't think I'd have that much budget and was aiming for surviving first year. So I was quite satisfied with my transfers and thought my silly season would be done by early June after signing Grealish, Tonali, Galati (young regen for my youth team) and Guidetti as backup striker. All for about 30m while selling off three players for about 10-15m. Then the board came and told my to finish mid-table or leave, even though previews suggested us to end up relegated.

So I splashed even more cash and sold off more players to improve the squad. Sam Byram and Charlie Taylor was brought back since their old Leeds players. Got Krsticic, Nicolas Dominguez, Ortega (CB regen), Munir, Noriega (CB regen), Morilla, Steenvoorden (GK regen), Brouwers (DL regen) and a couple of more promising regens that will arrive in one-two years. Sold off a looooooot of players to finance all this but ended up with a significant surplus and still have 40m to spend but couldn't find anyone that would improve the starting 11.

I thought I had the squad to battle for mid-table. Then I got the schedule... Burnley home, Arsenal away, Chelski, home, Liverpool away, Man Utd away... During pre-season I had continued to play with my original tactic but added two alternative approaches, one extremely defensive and one more proactive. So far I had played 4231 with a lot of possession, I usually at least 60%. Tried my usual approach against Burnley, lost by 2-0 and played shite. Was able to draw Arsenal with the super defensive approach (1-1). Lost to Chelsea (0-1). Went up 1-0 against Pool early on and then Ayling decided to kick someone as hard as he could and received a red card, then we lost by 3-1. Against United Kalvin Philips decided he too needed to try and kick someone as hard as he could and he too did not get away with it... lost by 4-1. After that we played Crystal Palace at home and unfortunately drew 1-1.

By then everyone was upset with me and players came one by one to yell at my face. That's when I got sick and tired and went with my more proactive tactic I play with big teams. We played Newcastle away and won by 7-2, against Leicester 3-2, and Brighton 7-1. Everything suddenly just worked and we're working our way up the table. Player by player I really didn't think this would work, I don't have a team that this tactic should work with. I mean, Guidetti is now my starting striker... and even though they are somewhat used to it, we hadn't played any games with it and since it was our first year after promotion I didn't think we could go on the offence. Enjoying the ride now but really surprised at everything.

I created him in FMRTE as wonderkid, gave him Ale's attributes from FM 2004 and gave him potential ability 199. Didn't wanna play with Mbappe again [he costs too much] and I miss Ale obviously. I am also thinking about recreating Pavel. :touched:

Btw, CR7 was epic for me till he retired, scored and assisted like frenzy, breaking a lot of club and Serie A records.

I bought Tonali from Brescia for 15 mil. € Dude has developed to a beast while he was on loans. He's a new Pirlo now already.

I tried it. You are in for a huge disappointment. De Ligt is not that great, Pellegrini and Danilo are shite, Rabiot and Ramsey are decent.
