The thing which bothers me the most is that im not objective in my player selection. I let my emotions i have towards players in real life affect my choice in FM 11. A player can be the best on his position in FM but if i dont like him in real life i wont play him and my team will suffer......

This may be a stupid question, but since it seems to be bugging me I thought Id ask. Im a picture guy, I like my Madden, NBA 2K, and Fifa because they have customized or semi-customized faces. FM doesnt even have pictures for some of the best players in the world and I was wondering if there is anything to download that would give me a picture of each player to look at?

Yeah facepacks, there aren't so many good ones for FM11 as for FM10 from what I have seen, for example one I saw had Marchisio's face for Lanzafame
