Check this kid out:

A 100% Juve youth product, he's decent but I've worked hard to make him my next Marchisio and Juve captain, had him tutored by all my midielders and played him with the first team sometimes, he lists almost everyone as "favourite personal" I'm proud of this kid :D
With influence that low I doubt it will get high enough to be a competent captain. BUt if you like, go for it. :)

I installed 10.2

finally the bug is gone, but the scouts haven't brought me any of LBYT's 14 year old wonderkids :D I'm pissed
is there a way I can create a player with full attributes? :p like I used to do in FIFA when I was a kid
The game has an editor built in..

Also there should be a program called FM scout which will give you the PA of every player in the game, so when the game creates regens you can find the ones with the supertar PA and buy them.

Lukaku will be making his international debut tonight for Belgium
in real life that is!
I bought him as a replacement for Trez in fm and he's doing alright scoring 14 goals last season, and he's still only 18 in my game

Yes,

Hazard - Lukaku - Dembele as striker force tonight.

Average age of about 18 or something like that.
Belgium look to have a very strong team for future tournaments, when you throw in Fellaini (22), Defour (21), Witsel (21), Kompany (23), Vertonghen (22), Mirallas (22) and Alderweireld (21).

Not forgetting Vermaelen and Bailly.
Indeed, now to make a team out of those guys and the future looks good for us.

I didn't realise you were Belgian, or I wouldn't have bothered with my list :D Vermaelen of course, I don't know so much about Bailly.

So are you looking ahead to 2012 or later for this team?

Nah, I'm not jelaous at all, mate. However, I find it highly unlikely that he is 16 years old. He's a wonder of nature if he's 16 years old.
Well, he is born and raised in Belgium so the rumours about Africans with wrong ages surely doesn't go for him.
I guess mother nature done well for him.

I can't see him getting much bigger physically, even at his age, he'll look like the Hulk. The green one. Obviously his physique gives him the edge over his peers and ability to contest with older players.
