well sometimes I leave 'em as they are, and sometimes I mess with their 'mentality' by inc./dec. their defensive/offensive, if that's what you mean

Did you find it? You know how in player instructions there is mentality, creative freedom and other options? There is also closing down. If you tell your players to close down often they will tire quickly.

Probably because you give your players injections to be fit for the next game or when you leave them to physio when they've got viruses which could affect others if you dont send him home.

I dont have any injury problems, because i never give them injections and always send them home if they've got a disease.

nope.. i never give a player injection, and i alwayse send them home if they have viruses....

maybe im just unlucky, or my training is killing them... still its crazy!!

Tone down your training a bit. If that doesn't help then I don't know what will.
