People won't come to the games if there are no top class players in the league and the quality deteriorates as a result.
Top players will not come into a league with empty stadiums and violence...unless you offer them a shitload of money. The Serie A is on a downward spiral, while the full stadiums in Germany attract players that wouldn't have come just because of the quality (van Nistelrooy is the perfect example).

The Serie A does not have less fans than the EPL or La Liga in their countries, but the Italians only watch the matches on TV. These are loyal fans but they don't go into the stadiums because they are ugly, uncomfortable and dangerous. This harms the attractivity of Serie A for players.

Not exactly true, but part of it.
I put it very short because I'm too lazy to write down the whole connection. But in my opinion, the stadiums and safety are the main factors for this development. The Bundesliga does not have nearly as much money as the top Serie A clubs. Most of the German clubs are without huge debts and have great stadiums with stands and attractive ticket prices (unlike EPL). And what we can see is Robben, van Nistelrooy telling about how they love the atmosphere and the full stadiums. Serie A clubs will need to pay much higher wages to these players in the future.

But is to do so the way out of the crisis? Should this not be the moment to really change something, to finally arrive in the 21st century? Probably not, the FIGC, the government and the clubs will probably to like nothing ever happened until there are barely 10000 people at the matches and the next person dies.

Our management ambitious? More talk then actions if you ask me.

how so? we spend a lot, we keep our best players. Our management are foolish, but at least they're ambitious. AC MIlan are run by fools and unambitious ppl. AC Milan will become a mid table team soon.

See this is why Italian football is dying, not because of the scandel, it's because of how they've been run over the past 4 years.

What are you talking? Open your eyes and try to look in what position we find ourselfs and you will see that we are a mid table team. It is not even luck, because we do play like a mid table team maybe even worse. And where is that amition? the 5 year plan? Ranieri, Ferrara, Zach, maybe some Def midfields in the mix? Oh right we bought Diego...

honestly, fuck this ambition, with this strategy better be humble.

“I hope that Roma win the Scudetto and Bayern Munich win the Champions League,”

“[Next Saturday night] I will put the children to bed, wait for the game to end, switch on the television at 23:00 CET and hope that the game ends how I want it to…with a win for Bayern Munich.”
