Why? Because he forbidden Inter to smell the Sucedetto's smell for years?

Best thing was after the Scudetto of 06 was handed to Inter, Cambiasso made a statement the 2nd day saying how good it feels to win a Scudetto and that he deserved it

There's a possibility that Lazio gets -6 points penalty because it was too obvious that they let Inter win. Serie B?
Not because I strongly wish Lazio to play serie B. I don't care at all about them. But one of the main problems Italians are facing is that in the eyes of the neutrals and the majority of football fans, the Italian football is filled with match fixing. That alone is pushing the viewers away. I mean, why watch a fixed league?
The English take proud in their fight till the last second no matter if they need the points or not. But in Italy, if both teams need a draw, it ends 0:0 or 1:1. If one team needs the pts while the other one doesn't, even if the team that doesn't need the pts is far too superior player-wise, the inferior team that needs the pts will win without any problems.
If a team is punished for that and ends up in serie B, the others will think twice before doing something similar.
In long term it will be useful Lazio to be relegated, even if in short term it might hurt Italy and its reputation (which is too low anyway).
It's not just an Italian thing either, thinks of Denmark and Sweden, friendly teams will always do what is best for them.
I agree in a sense, take Liverpool, their fans and some players might not have wanted to win the game but at least they were professional and gave it a go, especially Gerrard

It wasn't obvious to me at all. Lazio are a weak team. Inter are one of the strongest in the world. Lazio players actually weren't super motivated about that match (they don't want Roma win the title? Yes, that's probably the reason) but all this doesn't mean it was a match-fixing deserved to be penalized.
Lazio players were only walking there, nothing else. It was clear that they don't want to play and how they want to let Inter win. Even Zarate was dribbling but later on he didn't do anything. Not just that, but the whole match was like on a backstage.
Even though I'd like to see them in Serie B, ban or not, I don't really care. But if they wanted to let Inter win so Roma don't take the Scudetto, then they should have done some better job in hiding that.
