Napoli - Cagliari
Palermo - Milan
Roma - Sampdoria
The next round of matches will be the decider if Roma beat Samp and we win we'll only be 3pts behind them and if Milan can even manage a draw with Palermo we will only be 2 behind them.
Napoli should beat cagliari though I expect them to drop points somewhere, this is assuming we win or remaining games

Samp play Roma next week, but in the week after they host Livorno, and they'll win. Palermo host Milan next week (let's hope Milan get a draw) and will play Siena (away, tough match for them) in the 36 week. in the 37 week it's Palermo-Samp.
Last week Atalanta (2-1 win vs. Fiore today, fight against relegation) will host Palermo, Samp will host Napoli.
I guess Samp will finish fourth. we need to win all our matches, and hope for this:
