“It was said in January that Inter had already won the championship”. “It was also said that only Inter could lose it.
“Now they are succeeding in doing so…”
-------------------
Indeed, Inter are doing very bad in this second part. These are the standings for the second part of the season (round 20 and on):

14 matches
1. Roma 11-3-0 36 pts (29:12 goal difference)
2. Sampdoria 8-4-2 28 pts (19:11)
3. Catania 6-6-2 24 pts (21:10) ... Mihajlovic
4. Milan 6-6-2 24 pts (21:13)
5. Palermo 7-3-4 24 pts (25:20)
6. Inter 5-7-2 22 pts (22:13)
7. Parma 4-6-4 18 pts (11:15)
8. Bologna 5-3-6 18 pts (17:22)
9. Juventus 5-3-6 18 pts (17:22) :sergio:
10. Atalanta 5-2-7 17 pts (15:14)
11. Genoa 4-5-5 17 pts (19:20)
12. Lazio 4-5-5 17 pts (16:18)
13. Siena 4-5-5 17 pts (14:20)
14. Fiorentina 4-4-6 16 pts (20:20)
15. Napoli 3-7-4 16 pts (15:16)
16. Udinese 4-4-6 16 pts (21:24)
17. Bari 4-3-7 15 pts (17:24)
18. Chievo 3-5-6 14 pts (9:13)
19. Cagliari 3-4-7 13 pts (21:26)
20. Livorno 0-5-9 5 pts (9:26)

Only Siena, Bari and Livorno have worse goal difference than us and only 4 teams conceded more than we did :howler:

You heard something new :shifty:

German league to take the coefficient point, inter milan getting relegated, pato leaving ac milan coz they can't afford him

http://www.football-italia.net/apr15j.html

I think the end is near, it has improved since the dreadful 2007,2008,2009 era. 2010 was a step forward, but this new scandal will kill off italian football for good. This time we don't have a safty net, nay it'll take like 3 years for the french and german league to over take.

Great. Milan have become a selling club.

yea Belsconi is too busy spending his billions on 18 year old models

even if it doesn't happen this year, it will eventually just like kaka. Ac Milan will die soon, all leo did was delay the process of death by a season. Roma also are a selling team, Juve could follow the same pattern when serie a falls behind the german and french, and non of the good players wanna stay in italy.

Honestly though, although I love Pato and I think he will be one of the best players if not the bes in a few years, I think 55 million + Benzema is an amazing deal. It would probably have a Zidane to Real or Ibrahimovic to Barcelona type of effect on their team. 120 million(For Pato and Kaka last year) in a year + Benzema is a crazy good deal for Milan. Now they could easily rebuild their team and sign a bunch of top class players for their team. After all, for their 4-3-3, they are really in need of a goalkeeper, two fullbacks, at least one new central midfielder, and a right winger.

Just for fun:

Lloris

Zambrotta - Nesta - Thiago Silva - Tremoulinas

Yaya Toure - Pirlo
Gourcuff

Krasic - Benzema - Ronaldinho

My god, that team is intimidating.

But then again, this is still Milan we're talking about and they would probably sell him, keep the money, sign a few oldies and scream that they don't have any money at all.
