If they win the next match against Bari and the derby against Lazio, I think they'll end up winning all the 7 remaining matches.

Btw, they're not defeated since October and they have a 15-6-0 record since then
Even if they dont win the league, there is no doubt that Ranieri has done an amazing job, and has been by far the best coach in the Serie A this season.

they won't beat Bari away. Only Milan managed to beat them in their own turf right??

So far he was saying that they are not candidates and it went well. This will make a big pressure and they will drop points next match.

Nothing new though, he did that with us like 5 times.
Well, it's not like the Roma players are idiots and they didn't realize by themselves after today's win that they are scudetto contenders and that the scudetto is close.
What is Ranieri supposed to say now? Can he say again that they still aren't contenders and they don't think about it? No-one will trust him anyway.

No need to act now. Everyone knows that Roma has a big chance for the scudetto and when the journalists ask Ranieri about it, of course he'll say that he wants the scudetto and that Roma are contenders.

I know but we'll see if the curse is broken... :D

Did you see how many suspended players Inter have for the next match, haha? I just hope Roma don't choke because Inter can easily drop points.

Like I said, the next match will be huge for Roma. Fred has a good reason to expect that Roma might easily end up not winning in Bari. The importance of that match will be almost as big as the importance of today's match.
The good thing for Roma will be that Bari don't need the points at all and that might make it easier, but in any case it's gonna be a tough match.
Not winning will not necessarily mean choking, because Bari are a good team at home, but it can easily be the reason for not winning the scudetto in the end.

Inter indeed have many suspended players, but it's a home match against Bologna. They can still field this team:
JC; Cordoba (or Santon if fit), Materazzi, Samuel, Chivu; Stankovic, Motta, Cambiasso; Sneijder; Milito, Pandev.
This team is more than capable to destroy Bologna.
Roma's biggest hope will be CSKA to beat Inter on Wednesday so Inter will have their minds on the return match that follows a week later.

Man, you only have to look at the guy, he is a southern street thug :D Isn't afraid to say what he thinks. It's the same reason Cassano won't go.
I thought you meant erratic for some reason :D

I'm just wondering because it's not like Lippi hasn't been with players not afraid of speaking their mind. Trezeguet for example, even though he'd have been at his happiest in that Juventus team.

Lippi squads actually seem very close together, I'm not sure if that's an atmosphere he creates or the players he uses but it works, Cassano is extreme but Miccoli...I don't know, seems achievable.

True, athough I suppose it is different as you have to sell a player and find someone to replace him, Trez was already established. I agree with the last point which is why I would take him, Miccoli didn't really cause any trouble before but has been grumbling already and Lippi won't go for that.

Ranieri would instantaneously be a legendary coach if roma won the scudetto.

oh how i'd love to see mourinho defeated... by ranieri above all others.
