The new (NIKE)RED ball on the field this weekend

On the 28th match day of the Serie A, the English Premier League and the Spanish Liga, these championships will be painted red. All the matches in fact will be played using the (NIKE)RED ball, one of the products launched as part of the campaign “Lace Up. Save Lives” promoted by Nike and (RED)™ to collect funds for the fight against AIDS in Africa.

The matches will be played using a special version (NIKE)RED of the T90 Ascente in a white and red colour. The model has already been made the official ball for the three professional leagues in Italy, England and Spain.

All the profits from the sales of (NIKE)RED products will be forwarded to the World Fund for the Fight against AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria – which finances programmes against AIDS and guarantees medicine for the persons suffering from HIV – as well as initiatives linked to football in order to increase the education and prevention with regards to AIDS and HIV.

Besides the shoe laces and the ball, the (NIKE)RED collection is made even richer by the Track Jacket Brasile N98 2010, which was worn for the first time by the Brazilian team on the 3rd of March during the friendly match against Ireland.

All (NIKE)RED products are on sale from Nikestore, specialized resellers and on-line from www.nikefootball.com/RED and www.nikestore.com.

Much like when Man United destroy Serie A's second best team, the team that was only three points away from winning the whole thing and many think they should have.
No, Manchester did that to Roma in 2007, when Inter comfortably won the scudetto. Plus, in the very next round ManU were put in their place by the 4th placed team in serie A. ManU beat Roma in 2008 too, but it wasn't even half as bad as the 7:1 from the previous season.

Whoever is winning the league is dead/dying, someone other than those cunts could actually be refreshing for a change.
It will be refreshing, but not too much if Milan wins it. Milan will brag like there is no tomorrow, they'll say how they already have a team full of champs and they don't have to invest in new players and nothing will change.
Roma winning the scudetto will provoke the biggest reaction from the top Italian teams, imo. They will all be humiliated. Even Inter winning the scudetto will provoke a bigger reaction than Milan winning it. Juve and Milan will aim to be as strong as Inter and work on that. If Milan wins it then it will only be proven that even with a bunch of slow 30 year olds who are regularly destroyed by stronger teams, you can win in Italy. So why improve at all.

Even I find the possibility of Inter losing the scudetto, even if it is to Milan, attractive. But I strongly believe that if this Milan of 2009/10 wins the scudetto, the league will officially become a joke.

Yeah got my year's mixed up. Anyway they were still the second best team in the country and they got absolutely hammered by the second best team in England at the time if i'm not mistaken.

Inter have been winning it for years now, nothing has changed. I know its different for us but its the likes Roma and Milan have been there and only this year Milan and Roma changed their style (not by choice I might add). Why do you think if Inter win it one more time things will be different ? Inter are winning and getting better while the others are still trying to sort themselves out and losing massive amounts of confidence.

If Milan win it, I agree with the point about the oldies but they did change their style of play which should mean something. While I agree about Roma, if they win it, it will be huge. Especially considering how they were in the beginning of the season.

Actually, if sports people in the clubs can't see beyond the length of their noses and recognise the problems then whoever wins it will not change anything. The same problems will be found over and over again.

You are absolutely one of the best poster on soccer forum if not the best , Alen ,but put your hate aside , seeing Meelan wins this years Scudetto isn't that horrible than what you tend to believe , sure they will brag but at least the chain reaction would give us an extended boost to do better next year and wake up our player that we aren't inferior than Merda :D furthermore Meelaan probably keep their rusty squad for the next year and merda will lose a lot of confidences .

Can you imagine if merda wins this year Scudetto ( again ) !!!!
We would suffer another frustrating year because our players think merda is untouchable , I personally will puke if this happens :inter:

Give me a proper coach or keep Zac if he does well this year and some good players , we will set , believe me .

Serie A has been a joke since "they" demoted us to Serie B , Alen ;) Things will back normally if we back to dominate again.

just my 2 cents , Cheers :pint:

The discussion was about serie A, not just Juve.
If Milan win this year's scudetto then serie A will officially be a joke. A team with an average age of 64, led by a rookie coach who was ass raped by Mourinho and Ferguson this season. A team who conceded 7 goals from Manchester in the knock-outs, who lost at home to Zurich in Europe and on top of it was destroyed by Inter in the same league. If such a team wins the league then it speaks volumes about the quality of this league.

Then again, Milan will not win the scudetto this year, so whatever we say is useless. It's still Inter's scudetto to lose and Roma's to win. Milan stands no chance, imo.
Well, unless they keep being gifted phantom penalties left and right. But that makes this league even more pathetic and confirms all the stereotypes.

well i can thoroughly understand your point of view , Alen :)
but generally i saw something bigger , guess what ?
your hate toward Meelan is beyond believe :D

i'm joking :p

I still hope another team but merda wins this year Scudetto which left 2 teams behind merda , Meeelan have the biggest chance and Roma with Ruinieri command is soooo unpredictable, sadly i don't see we win , next year is a must .

Thanks for your time replying my first long post since i haven't involved on soccer discussion for a while due my busy work :pint:

I don't think there is any French stuff on TV here.

SKY shows SPL, EPL and La Liga.

ESPN shows SPL, EPL, Serie A, Bundesliga and occasional Dutch games.
