Ok...then I'm glad we let him go.

No really, my personal opinion is that Mutu is a fantastic player certainly a World Class attacker just look what we have done to Amauri and Giovinco... I'm sorry to see our players lacking of something,Amauri suffers from a lack of support and spirit while Giovinco suffers from the "bench warming syndrom".

Fiorentina Striker Adrian Mutu Tests Positive In Doping Test

January 28th, 2010

Written by Adithya Ananth

The Italian Olympic Committee have announced that Fiorentina forward Adrian Mutu has tested positive for a banned substance.

A statement on the official website of CONI reads: “Coni communicates that, following laboratory tests in Roma, a positive case has been found.

“In the first player who was tested, the presence of traces of the substance Sibutramine was found for Adrian Mutu during a routine control of the anti-doping committee on January 10 in Florence, during the Serie A game between Fiorentina and Bari.”

The 31-year-old striker previously tested positive for cocaine in 2004 during his time with Chelsea. He was dismissed from the Premier League club and banned for seven months following the ordeal.

Mutu positivo: doping
Corvino: "Ma cosa state dicendo?"

Adrian Mutu, 31 anni. Ansa

Well I guess Mutus career is over.
don't rush it..if he didn't knew, he's innocent...he said that those were pills to loose weight..and his mother sended those pills to him and he didn't read the prospect... i donno but a player at his value is obligated to see and check the medical staff of the team before taking any pills..especially him, because he already was there..

Doping twice is a 4 years ban.
These Pills (Sibutramine) are not allowed in Europe, they are to dangerous and don't bring the results they should bring. They should make you lose weight because they make you have less hunger. They were only giving to really fat people in the past to make them lose weight more faster so they could avoid Cardiac arrhythmia, heart attacks and stuff like this. But these Pills caused exactly these things, high blood pressure, cardiac arrhythmia, heart attacks, numbness, dizziness and so on. Italy already banned them in 2002 because they caused deaths.
I don't see how this could be a mistake.

Mutu is the man, and anybody who doesn't like him is an idiot.
I have nothing against Mutu, but this is quite idiotic statement, especially from someone who calls people traitors and potheads. But in the last years Mutu actually is not acting like a man, he made bad decision, couldn't pay for it and was ready to take money from Juve if he could (his agent/lawyer asked Juve to pay part of that fine). Now he has fucked up again. I'd say Mutu is pretty much a disgrace to football, but at least he hasn't harmed Juve as much as Chelsea and now Viola.
