We have won a lot more really, 7 titles, the same runners up, European Cup, three runners up, 2 Coppa, SuperCoppas, UEFA Cups, Intercontinental, European Supercup. I think we deserve our place, 2006 onwards shouldn't cloud the memory, but we also had a less successful spell in the late 80s-early 90s when Milan dominated.

Even after the miserable years we’ve been through, we’re still the third best club. We were second before this shit and I’m happy that we’re the third not the seventh or something.

No one will bring this Old Lady down and she will be soon cured from these incompetent employees.

Lippi is a snob, says Moratti

Friday 22 January, 2010
Inter President Massimo Moratti has taken act with Marcello Lippi's decision not to visit his club's training ground during the week.

The Italy boss has been touring the peninsula, checking up on the players he intends to take to the World Cup next summer.

He visited Milan earlier this week, but didn't stop by Pinetina because he believes there is not enough Italian talent in Inter's ranks.

Inter captain Javier Zanetti questioned Lippi's judgement in an interview with La Gazzetta dello Sport today, reminding the former Juventus Coach that Mario Balotelli and Davide Santon both play for the Nerazzurri.

“He has made a mistake because I think that the Italian players at Inter, even if they are few, like he says, have been hurt by his actions,” Moratti told Radio 1.

“It seems a little snobbish to me. Moreover, the fact that he went to visit Milan and not us the week before the derby wasn't a perfect move from a political point of view.”

Finally Moratti expressed his opinion that Sunday's derby will be finely poised.

“There is a lot of emotion, a lot of fear and also the desire to be the best team in the city. They are the two strongest teams at the moment.

“Milan is a team that's growing while Inter continues to do what it has done in recent years,” he concluded.

Zanetti is a dumbass like usual.

why would lippi visit Inter? Santon doesn't play, and Balotelli is going to die anyday now from the constant jumping.

No reason to go to that circus really

Either way, I'm not putting any money on a Milan win  I'd love to see it though.

I suppose everything ends eventually, perhaps a Ronaldinho and Borriello on fire can end it.
