Menez did a great job of holding possession and drawing fouls when Roma were under pressure.
That was the best game I've seen from Mexes in a long time.
I though Pizarro was the best player on the pitch, though. He controlled the tempo of the game and prevented Inter getting up any real head of steam.

“Balotelli was terrible today, close to zero. He didn't move, didn't work and did not help the team with [Dejan] Stankovic injured and [Wesley] Sneijder incredibly tired. Mario only played 45 minutes on Wednesday, he's 19 and could have done a lot more.

Mourinho is clearly really fed up with him, but this could backfire big time and cause Inter a major problem.

Mourinho must be ready to give up on him with a statement like this, Balotelli is very talented and you are right something like this could really backfire for Jozay. With Santon angry as well, it looks like both of Inter's young jewels could be set to leave the club in the not to distant future...
Actually Balo is somewhat extraordinary case. He also acts like a brat when playing with Italy.
I think his attitude is something what could very well ruin his career. His still young, but he is growing a bad reputation, and the only way his heading if he keeps this up is down. Talent wise, many would be interested, head wise not so many. Needs to grow up really.
