I don't know if it is free or not. I'm a subscriber to ESPN Insider, so even if it isn't free, it wouldn't have mattered to me anyway.

If they require you to sign up for ESPN Insider, it's only 4.99 per month, and you get a subscription to ESPN the Magazine
