Poor him, when you listen to the interview, it seems what a poor guy he is, such an unlucky guy he realy is. I just don't like him and he trying to sound as if he is in such a bad situation doesn't make me love him eather.

I hope barca wins and henry has his worst game in career at the same time.

Nothing personal, just don't like tha guy, thats all.
Would you have said the same thing had a former Juve player said the same thing?

I strongly doubt it.

So what are the chances of Henry crawling back to Arsenal?
I'd love it if he came back.

Even though he is not good enough anymore, his effect in the changing room would be massive.

I wasn't even going for the Juve reject thing, but the way he acts and behaves just really gets to me, it's hard to explain. I can't bring myself to like him in any way.

Him being French might have something to do with it.

You don't have to like him. I actually probably would have hated him myself if he wasn't such an Arsenal legend, or if he never played for us.

All i ask for(though it might be too much) is for people to be objective about him. The same applies to any player from Wayne Rooney to Cristiano Ronaldo.

:shifty:

because Juventus is the greatest football club in the world.

the stigma attached to being scorned by the Old Lady, one can never get over that.
Meh, get the f outta here :D

If it were a player I realy don't like than I can say that most likely I would have said the same.
Ah ok, so you're admitting that you were biased and that you will judge the situation based on who you like and who you don't.

 for being honest.

From the very beggining I was saying exactly that :p

It's not about his playing abilities or anything, just his character and just the way he is. If it were about his playing abilities of course I wouldn't just say I don't like him that means he was bad. No, I think he was a very good player in his day.

Ya as a footballer he is obviously past it, no argument there at all. I meant to say, that his effect on morale and his general effect in the changing rooms would be massive, but he would have to take a big wage cut for that to happen.

I know Fred.

I really would've said the same about any player and any club, bar Juve. So it's not really about Henry himself, but it's more to do with just manning up and being a professional, as those are the reasons you left their team for a bigger one in the first place. ( Though the words of choice would've been less harsh in case of a like-able player. :D )

Any fan feels somewhat 'proud' to have a club legend express his feelings for his former club. Ofcourse, all of us would've jumped to say how he's a club legend had we been Arsenal fans, but we're not. I can tell you though, I'm objective enough to have said he's overdoing it, basically like you admitted.

Sounds like we're on the same page, doesn't it? :D

I didn't mean you at all with that post btw, i should have made that clear. I didn't think you were biased in any way.
