His just trying to make it easier to excuse Pool defeat tomorrow night (with Gerrard missing it was always going to be hard:blah: ) :D
It isn't just Gerrard dipshit. Our whole team is injured (well most of it). :D

Tomorrow's line up based on the current injury gossip:

Pepe

Darby - Zorba/Pancho Sanza - Carragher - Insua

Spearing - Mascherano

Kuyt - The Jew - Babel

Voronin/N'Gog

Nicholas

I was going to say if you think that playing Maccabi with a few players missing is the same as playing Bordeaux then...
Nope its clear that its not. Then again its certainly not ideal not being able to string a full strengh team together for most of the season. Thats what I was getting at. When we played Bordeaux in Turin, we had a few players missing. One being Diego.

That's not even my point. I just said that Bayern losing today wasn't a shock.
Would you say the same if Juve lost to Bordeaux at home with the same missing sort of players?

I find Bayern losing at home to them is an incredibly poor result considering their calibre, and even a shock. But then again, they still have been quite poor in the league.

Dude I've already said all of that in this thread. Which is why I wasn't at all surprised that Bordeaux won, plus Bordeaux has like a 40 match home streak, which means while Bayern have had poor form (6th or 7th in Bundes) Bordeaux have been pretty good.

If Juventus had Diego, Seba, Camo, missing and lost to Bordeaux it wouldn't be surprising either. I'm not defending Bayern, I'm promoting the Frenchies.

If we were missing those players we would probably just field a trident up top, so no biggie.

Bordeaux will probably come crashing down sooner or later.
