What an analysis!

So what was the good deal we had with Milan since they won the CL in 2003? And if your memory does not serve you well, what good deals we had with Milan since they won the CL in 2007?

To help you, I'll answer both questions

very true, if they get richer we can buy cheaper their players and, instead of selling Zanneti for 1.5 mil, next season we can sell any of our players like Poulsen and Tiago for a higher price..... so it's good for the league...
from what I've seen in pre-season I wouldn't sell Tiago at all, Poulsen gets out ASAP IMO.

I like Italy as a nation and especially the way italians approach football, my favourite footballers play in Serie A, so unless it's Inter, i always cheer for italian sides in CL and Azurri in WC and EC (of course not, if it affects Latvia). I see nothing wrong with that, it's your choice if you sympathise this or that team and no one can say that he's better Juve fan than me if i'm happy about Fiorentina scoring 2 away goals and he's not.

BTW, Forza Ventspils this evening!

I don't know what is so good about our rivals getting filthy rich.
Italian teams getting eliminated from CL and continuing with good results in UEFA Cup (or whatever its new name is) is the best choice.

A win in CL and UEFA brings the same number of points and it's even easier to win in uefa. That way the italian teams will bring lots of pts, they'll keep Italy in top 3 and with 4 spots in CL.
But in UEFA they won't get as much money as they'll get in CL.

So, Fiorentina winning against Sporting for the good of Italian football is actually bullshit. Fiorentina being eliminated from Sporting will do more good to0 italian football because that way Fiorentina will play UEFA Cup and they'll get more chances to bring a lot of pts to Italy.

Pana v Atletico is being shown here for some reason.

Almost unheard of for them to bother showing a game that doesn't involve a British club.

Alen I wound't agree, cos if they qualify they will play in groups, and finishing 3rd as always, they'll go to uefa cup again... so better the go in champions League... Last night out of 11 players there were 8 italians, (that's something for me)
